At The Sassy Rose Boutique, we take pride in delivering the highest quality jewelry keepsakes. Here's what to expect after placing your order:

Order Confirmation & Address Verification

After completing your order, you will receive a receipt/order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder..

IMPORTANT: To ensure your keepsake arrives safely and as quickly as possible, please review your confirmation email and double-check that your shipping address, order details, and contact information are correct. If you notice any errors, simply reach out to us right away at orders@thesassyrose.com—we're happy to help!

If an address error is discovered after shipping, we will do our best to assist you, but please note that additional fees may apply for re-shipping the package. 

Processing & Shipping Timeline

  1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours (or the next business day if placed on a weekend or holiday). If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible—we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
  2. Shipment Confirmation: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  4. Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically arrive within 4-6 business days.
  5. International Orders: Delivery times vary but may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.

We use USPS Priority Shipping for most domestic orders and offer Express Shipping options at checkout.

International Shipments & Customs

For orders outside the United States, packages may need to go through customs, which can sometimes add extra delivery time. While we can't control these delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
