Eligibility for Refunds

1. You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

3. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
